UNLOCKING ADDICTION
UNLOCKING ADDICTION COURSE is a practical introduction for people who would like to help those who struggle with substance dependence issues. The course usually runs over 2 weekends. You will learn about what addiction is and basic counselling skills that may equip you when you are supporting those who are struggling.

RELAPSE PREVENTION
Supporting someone in relapse prevention involves creating a safe environment, helping them to identify triggers, manage cravings and build healthy coping mechanisms to prevent returning to the substance.
CHRISTIANITY EXPLAINED
CHRISTIANITY EXPLAINED is an informal course that helps
people explore the Christian faith. It gives the person a safe space that is non-judgemental and allows them to ask any questions they might have. The course focuses on questions like who is Jesus? Why did He come? The person is not required to sing, pray or read aloud.
